Franciacorta Brut Millesimato

Grape varieties: Chardonnay 70% – Black Pinot 30% – organic.
Production area: hilly land located on Montorfano in one of the most characteristic
and pleasant areas of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Cologne (BS).
Production technique: unlike other Franciacorta D.O.C.G., this wine is obtained by
softly pressing Black Pinot grapes with white vinification and Chardonnay grapes
that quickly meet, in the pressing process, the peels and the must. The resulting
mash is fermented at low temperature (10°/14°C). In Springtime the wine but in
bottle, where it will re-ferment accordint to the Franciacorta Classic Method. For a
complete aging, it will rest in bottle for 37 months.
Colour: straw with green highlights.
Perlage: very fine and persistent.
Bouquet: good and clear intensity, with a great olfactory range.
Taste: strong mineral note, sapid and rightly sourish, with tropical fruit notes.
Duration: when stored in a suitable place can take over the 60 months.
Manufacturer’s recommendations: serve at a temperature around 8 °/10 ° C in
glasses of good size and thin glass.
May very well accompany all meals except for desserts.

Brut rosé millesimato

Grape: Chardonnay 20% – 80% Pinot Noir – organically.
Production area: Land located on hilly Montorfano in one of the most characteristic and pleasant areas of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Cologne (BS).
Production technique: It is obtained only in special vintages from traditional pressing of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the must is fermented for a short period at low temperature in contact with its skins.
Characteristics:
Color: pink of varying intensity.
Perlage: persistent, very fine and abundant.
Bouquet: fragrant mild fruit rich in ideas tertiary.
Taste: ripe fruit dominates, the long evolution in bottle. A wine of great poise and greater harmony
Duration: when stored in a suitable place can last over 48 months.
Manufacturer’s recommendations: Serve at a temperature around 8 ° / 10 ° C in glasses of good size and thin glass.
May very well accompany a whole meal including cheese, except for dessert.

Franciacorta Saten Millesimato

Grape varieties: Chardonnay 100% – organic.
Production area: hilly land located on Montorfano in one of the most characteristic
and pleasant areas of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Cologne (BS).
Production technique: unlike other Franciacorta D.O.C.G., this wine is obtained by
pressing of only white grape Chardonnay.
The resulting mash is obteined by a low percentage of the squeeze, and more
precisely the very beginning of the pressing process.
Less added sugar at bottling (18 gr./l instead of 24 g/l) lead to a different froth
with obtaining a lower pressure in the bottle. What you will identify will be a more
creaminess and smothness of the wine.
Colour: straw with golden highlights.
Perlage: persistent, very fine and abundant.
Bouquet: intense, full and spicy.
Taste: ample and complex with soft esotic fruit notes.
Duration: when stored in a suitable place can take over the 60 months.

Dosaggio Zero Millesimato

Grape: Chardonnay 80% – 20% Pinot Noir – organically.
Production area: hilly land located on Montorfano in one of the most characteristic and pleasant areas of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Cologne (BS).
Production technique: Manual selection of the grapes riper. Method of natural fermentation in the bottle: base wine aged at low temperature in steel tanks, matured on lees for at least 40 months, rémuage manual on pupitres, dégorgement and -3 months in bottle before sale.

Color: yellow with green tints.
Perlage: persistent, very fine and abundant.
Nose: Yeast naturally pleasant and slightly spicy.
